A Mother’s Heartfelt Message
In a heartfelt message celebrating her daughter’s achievement, Mrs. Achan Agoth Akiec, who is currently under detention at the National Security Service’s Blue House received the news this morning and congratulated her daughter, Dollar, on winning the Miss Elite Beauty Pageant in Uganda.
“Dollar, my sweetheart, when you walked onto that stage, I saw you, not just as a contestant, but as my little girl who used to practice her walks in our sitting room”, Achan Agoth said.
Adding that “today, you didn’t just win a crown, you carried our name with grace, dignity and strength. Uganda saw your light, but I have known it since the day you were born.”
Achan says this Miss Elite Beauty title is yours, but your heart is what makes you truly beautiful.
“I am so proud to be your mother. Shine, my queen. The sky is the only the limit,” she said.
