- Gogrial West Football Team has dismissed its entire coaching staff and appointed Roberto Anei Makuch as acting head coach with immediate effect as part of a restructuring aimed at improving the club's technical performance and leadership.
The decisions were announced in two separate letters dated July 26 and signed by club president Bulo Mawien Dengdit.
The club dismissed Head Coach Bullys Madut Chan, Assistant Coach David Bol Monydit, Technical Coach Mawien Akol Manyuot, Fitness Coach Kuot Deng Ayuel and Goalkeepers Coach Yamba Yves Le Prince.
The letters said the officials had been relieved of their duties following a comprehensive review of the team's technical and management structure.
Dengdit said the restructuring was intended to strengthen leadership, improve technical performance, enhance discipline and build a more competitive team for the future.
In a separate letter issued the same day, the club appointed Roberto Anei Makuch as acting head coach, saying the appointment was made in recognition of his qualifications, experience, commitment and ability to contribute to the team's growth and success.
The leadership said it had full confidence in Makuch and believed he possessed the knowledge, experience and commitment required to lead the team. It also called on players, club officials, supporters and other stakeholders to give him their full cooperation as he assumes the role.
The letters did not indicate who would fill the remaining coaching positions vacated by the dismissed officials or whether additional appointments would be announced.
